CPTSD is PTSD plus three additional symptoms - emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, negative self-esteem. Sample: 153 patients with diagnoses of schizophrenia spectrum and PTSD, and 75% had at least one additional diagnosis.

For six days participants completed an assessment of emotional state, CPTSD symptoms (emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, negative self-esteem) and psychotic symptoms on smartphones up to 10 times a day.
